John Hyland Construction
Springfield Justice Center
In November 2004, the voters approved Measure 20-91 which provided for funding in the amount of $28.65 million for the construction of the new Justice Center Facility. The facility will provide space for the Police Department, the Springfield Municipal Court and a 100 bed jail. Because funding for the operation of the proposed new jail was not included in this bond, the City Council indicated that the construction of the jail will not proceed until funds are identified for the on-going operations cost.
Current Status
