University of Oregon - Esslinger Hall

John Hyland Construction teamed with TBG Architects and the University of Oregon to construct a new fitness facility & indoor tennis court as a CM/GC.This project was a retrofit of an existing fitness facility and upgraded to status of a membership driven athletic club.

The project had many complications including working around a user group and maintaining facility operations during the remodeling. Basketball courts, an elevated running track, rock climbing wall, indoor pool and many miscellaneous renovations occurred within the construction schedule.
